Job Description
Successful top producing real estate broker looking to hire an organized real estate assistant. Responsibilities include property research, database maintenance, transaction management, light correspondence, marketing support, and some property management.
Flexible schedule with the possibility to work remotely on occassion. Current office space is in downtown Honolulu.
Knowledge of Apple software, including Pages and Numbers is a MUST. Experience with Matrix, MLS, and current contract forms including commercial forms is a plus. Customer service experience is also a bonus. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a positive attitude and is able to multi:task
administrative/marketing/and research duties. Must be dependable, honest, able to prioritize, and a team player. Must have a Hawaii Real Estate license.
