Sitter Services

Caregivers are available to sit with and monitor a client during

the client s stay in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Overnight Services

Caregivers are available to provide overnight service, in which they

arrive during the evening, assist the client in preparing for bed, and

then sleep in the client s residence during the evening.

The service assumes a maximum of 12 hours of service per shift.

Couples Care

Caregivers are available to provide services to couples at time and a half pay.

If the caregiver provides services and a care plan to only one person, the single person pay-rate applies.

Discharge/Outpatient Services

Caregivers are available to assist clients during the admissions and/or discharge process from a hospital,

nursing facility, outpatient clinic or from a surgery center.

Caregivers are available to accompany the client to/from the facility and their primary place of residence.

Companion or Personal Care is available to clients PRN in facility s. This usually depends on what the facility offers and what the client and family request from RaH.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least one-year hands-on care providing / CNA experience.

Proof of citizenship or valid work visa (SSI card)

18 or older

High school degree or G.E.D. certificate

Capable of safely lifting/transferring clients

Valid driver's license (preferred)

Valid auto insurance (preferred)

Good drivers record

Pass a background check

English proficient

CPR/First Aid certification

TB screening cleared

Reference checks in good standing

Pass the Right at Home Competency Evaluation for home care & personal care.
