ARYZTA Americas operates one of the largest specialty bakery businesses servicing all major customers in the retail, foodservice, QSR and convenience store channels.
The Americas Structure includes four operating Business Units: Brazil, Canada, ARYZTA US Baking Solutions and ARYZTA US Consumer Foods, which are serviced by the Americas Central Support Functions covering areas such as Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, HR, Legal, IT, Finance Shared Services, Procurement, Category Management, and Commercialization.

:Key Accountabilities
Oversees all assigned operations for cleaning and sanitizing bakery equipment and facility; Perform all duties assigned by the Sanitation Manager and assist in monitoring daily worksheets; Ability to conduct training on Sanitors as a Train the Trainer; Clean assigned areas of the bakery; Complete, legible and accurate documentation; Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily; Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies; Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns.
:Dismantle, clean and reassemble assigned machinery or equipment.
:Properly operate tools, including high pressure hoses for various cleaning processes.
:Understand the basic operation and function of machinery in order to clean effectively.
:Demonstrate the ability to choose and operate, in a safe manner, various tools and power equipment, relative to the assigned task.
:Prepare cleaning solutions properly as specified on manufacturer instructions, Tech Data Sheets, SOPs or by the direction of the Sanitation Manager.
:Ensure all chemicals are secure and used as directed.
:Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for task completion and demonstrate the ability to perform all assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision.
:Report to Sanitation Manager any issues in completing assigned tasks and/or employee performance and keep Engineering and Supervision informed of any equipment issues.
:Ensure equipment and cleaning utensils are suitably identified for intended use by colors or labels and stored to prevent contamination.
:Contribute to the production of a consistent food safe and quality product through maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, attend all required meetings and demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with other employees.
