Program SupportTS/SCI ClearanceHawaii (Contingent) Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects. 1. Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects. 2. Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships. 3. Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion. 4. Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis. 5. Manages subcontractors. 6. Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects. 7. Develops new systems or updates existing systems to meet client needs. 8. Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems. 9. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. 10. Conducts functional testing of various systems. 11. Assists employees with and maintains requirements for travel within the AOR. 12. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. 13. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. 14. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. Qualifications 5-8 years of related experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, work processes, and applicable regulations in managing major IT projects. PMP or equivalent certification preferred Other Requirements:1. Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. 2. Must meet DoD 8570 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access upon hire for positions with elevated privileges and must obtain ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire. 3. Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required. 4. This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide 5. The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
