ARYZTA Americas operates one of the largest specialty bakery businesses servicing all major customers in the retail, foodservice, QSR and convenience store channels.
The Americas Structure includes four operating Business Units: Brazil, Canada, ARYZTA US Baking Solutions and ARYZTA US Consumer Foods, which are serviced by the Americas Central Support Functions covering areas such as Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, HR, Legal, IT, Finance Shared Services, Procurement, Category Management, and Commercialization.

Ensure that our product meets the companys standards and specifications; Complete, legible and accurate documentation; Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily; Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies; Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns.
:Sets up stacking and understands tray interlocking system and all conveyers.
:Understands the coding system on packaging and monitors codes for mistakes.
:Makes adjustments for quality defects:
:Removes for res:sealing of open packages.
:Removes and disposes of bad product.
:Assures appropriate number of trays in each stack.
:Assures appropriate number of packages per tray.
:Monitors and watches for missing buns out of packages and/or missing pillow packs out of trays.
:Ensures that any products with poor sealing, missing buns or damaged buns are re:packed.
:Sets aside trays with broken frames and dollies without wheels and stacks the dollies neatly.
:Communicates with Foreperson and maintenance to assure sound operation of tray washer.
:Ensures there is an adequate supply of trays handy. If not, inform your Foreperson.
:Empty trash cans as needed and ensure that rubbish is removed from trays and placed in trash receptacle.
:If tray washer is not operable, assist by putting trays on the line as needed to keep flow of product through wrappers.
:Keep tray wash area clean and clutter free.
