Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support - Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures - Look after various office files and provide general office filing support - Welcoming visitors - Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls - Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies - Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency - Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasksReceptionist Skills and Requirements: - Less than one year of experience is acceptable - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Microsoft Word experience highly desired - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Outlook - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired - Proven knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment - Expertise in customer service - Strong familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Customer service and office administrative skills This career opportunity is available exclusively through OfficeTeam.
