Job Description Our client are currently seeking an Order Entry Clerk to support their fast paced department. Position Overview: The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for the processing of daily orders received by fax and email. They will assist with reconciling accounts and filling back orders in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities: Order Entry Clerk will complete daily order entry for all business partner sales orders received via fax or email for orders Allocate inventory in a timely manner Research inventory discrepancies Monitor approved or declined order; follow up with customer service department Qualifications: Ideal Candidate for Order Entry Clerk will have minimum 2 years experience in order entry Ability to deliver accurate results in a fast paced environment Strong data entry skills Strong Excel, EDI, SAP, AS400 experience preferred Team player and positive attitude Education Requirements: High school Diploma
