Job Description SUMMARY: To support the operational activities of the coffee company including production, raw material purchasing, MRP, distribution, and inventory. To support the Division and Operations Managers through computer operations, clerical assistance and maintenance of information and files. Work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday unless otherwise changed by the plant manager. Minimum high school completion preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNTIONS: § Complete and maintain daily coffee production and transfer reports. § Maintain green coffee information ie, purchases, inventory, receipts, in-transit and usage and all other raw material inventories and projected requirements. § Compile weekly production reports to include shrink reports. § Complete and maintain product transfer sheets, purchase order requisitions and completed purchase orders. § Record and assist in performing monthly physical inventories of all raw materials. § Correspond with suppliers, vendors and other company employees to coordinate ordering. § Coordinate and perform other work related functions as directed by the plant manager. Examples include but are not limited to: input and maintenance of employee time records, coordinating and assisting in the preparation and loading of mainland and export shipments. § Maintenance of repair work order logs and parts list/inventory and equipment/sanitation logs with documentation provided by staff.
