We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant as part of our long-term succession plan. Our Top 5 Must Haves: Strong people skills with a kind and thoughtful attitude toward others Loves learning and seeks a challenge Plays well with others Highly organized & a detail specialist Good attitude & work ethic Skills/Duties: Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming, considerate, and professional manner Excellent telephone skills & pleasant/friendly phone voice Excellent communication skills Dress professionally MS Office (Excel & Word) proficiency Social media skills and WordPress - not required but helpful Ability to quickly learn new computer software General clerical duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc. Strong grammar (written and verbal) and proofreading skills Good knowledge of office equipment Responsible for the general upkeep and tidiness of office Able to work independently and a self-starter Clean employment background Work Experience: Financial business experience a plus Minimum of two years' experience as a receptionist/admin assistant/office atmosphere
